Primary Camp A - Day 3

Oh, what a day it's been!
For breakfast we had biscuits, gravy and sausage. Cabins went back to clean their cabins for Cabin Inspection, then everyone went to chapel. Morning activities were the same as yesterday, the cabins just went to different games. The entire camp went to teaching together, then had a lunch of Sloppy Joe Sandwiches. Rest period followed lunch and then they went to afternoon activities. Just like yesterday, they went to either arts & crafts, pool, river or ropes course. In A&C they started working on the pinatas they're making as a cabin. Free time was next, then we had dinner. After dinner we sang songs and watched the photo slide show. Tonight we played Jungle Safari. For canteen tonight we had Pretzels. Night chapel wrapped up the day. At the end we sang the chorus of Sanctuary "loud enough to share Jesus with the people in Waring". The voices of the children were so loud and proud. It was truly a sweet moment in St. Francis Chapel. Tomorrow we're having "Fun Day", which means we won't have teaching in the morning. Instead, we'll be playing games all morning and may be going for a swim before lunch. The campers have been learning about including everyone because Jesus includes us. The second half of the week they will be learning the story of the Good Samaritan.
I have posted today's photos on Ultra Camp, I hope y'all are enjoying them.
Good night!
Grace

Grace,

Thank you so much for taking the time to post. As a mom of a first time camper I so appreciate hearing little bits and pieces each evening!

God bless you!
