MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
Today we're celebrating Christamas Day at Camp Capers. The campers were served hot chocolate in bed this morning, Christmas songs were played during breakfast and throughout the morning and everyone at camp has received a Santa hat. The chapel is decorated with Christmas lights and snowflakes and we have played games such as Ultimate Snowflake (Ultimate) and Snowball Fight (Dodgeball). Tonight we will be watching Elf and having Christmas cookies. We are all enjoying celebrating Christmas in July!
Personally, I love Christmas. It truly is the MOST wonderful time of the year. The only thing that is throwing me off is the triple digit heat we're experiencing on this Christmas day. I may have dreamt of a white Christmas, but that definitely didn't happen.
