Intermediate Camp B - Monday

Animals are on the loose at Camp Capers and we've sent the campers to go catch them! Ok, not real animals... About half of the counselors are dressed as different animals and the cabins are catching them to earn points in a game called Jungle Safari. Flamingos, chickens, gorillas, Donkey Kong characters and even a fish out of water are roaming Camp as I type this post.
Earlier today we played Ballole on the centrum. We took a Faith Walk to teaching where we learned about the story of creation in the Activites Building that has been craftily transformed into the Garden of Eden. Matt, Sean and Kathy came ready to decorate and put on a great week at camp, and so far they have done just that! The camp is learning about how God sows seeds through his creation of the universe.
We aren't hungry today! Today has consisted of; eating, playing, teaching, eating, sleeping, playing, eating... biscuits, bacon, chicken fried steak sandwiches, and chicken fingers, veggies... Work Crew is doing a great job, in and out of the kitchen.
After all the animals have been rounded up during this game we will have canteen and chapel before we head to bed.
I've posted some photos to UltraCamp and will continue to do so!
Have a great evening!
Grace
